Ultra-efficient 12-14 passenger vehicle. Using the prototype design concepts proposed for Hypercars by Rocky Mountain Institute, the design team will design, construct and evaluate a vehicle capable of carrying 12-14 passengers, some of whom may be confined to wheel chairs. The vehicle must be capable of simultaneously transporting 12 to 14 personal wheeled carriers (collapsed and loaded)
